Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relative factors affecting the prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: The general data and clinical data of 128 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were investigated, and the characteristics and influencing factors of prognosis were analyzed. Results: The age, bleeding site, bleeding volume, hemorrhage breaking into ventricle, midline shift, risk factors and predisposing factors affected the clinical efficacy of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that the bleeding site, risk factor and hemorrhage breaking into ventricle affected the clinical efficacy(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The hemorrhage breaking into ventricle, midline shift and occurrence of disease to admission time affected the Glasgow Coma Scale score at discharge(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Bleeding volume, hemorrhage breaking into ventricle and midline shift affected the body comprehensive function evaluation of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Conclusions: The bleeding site, risk factor and hemorrhage breaking into ventricle are the affecting factors of clinical efficacy in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. The single neurological functional score and influencing factor of the clinical effect is not consistent.
