Observation on the clinical efficacy of pregabali combined with oxycodone and acetaminophen tablet on the cancer pain

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of pregabalin combined with oxycodone and acetaminophen tablet in the treatment of cancer pain.Methods: Forty-four pafients with cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(22 cases)was simply given oxycodone and acetaminophen tablet.The treatment group(22 cases)was given pregabalin combined with oxycodone and acetaminophen tablet.The efficacy and safety were observed and compared.Results: The Visual Analogue Scales at different time points after treatment in two groups were decreased significantly than before treatment,and the decrease in the treatment group was more obviously than that in the control group(P<0.01).The quality of life of patients with treating 21 d of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).The constipation and nausea and vomiting adverse reaction of the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Combination of pregabalin and oxycodone and acetaminophen tablets can improve clinical analgesic effect in cancer patients,improve the quality of life and reduce its adverse reaction.
