Ultrasonic diagnosis of different types of vaginal atresia

Objective:To explore the sonogram features of different types vaginal atresia to increase the ultrasound diagnosis rate and classification accuracy.Methods:The sonogram features of 19 patients with vaginal atresia(including 4 types) were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The ultrasound image found 10 cases of haematocolpos,16 cases of cervical hemorrhage,18 case hematometra and 1 case of large cystic masse in pelvic cavity.Conclusions:Ultrasound plays an important role in classification,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of vaginal atresia.
