Effect of positive nursing intervention on the clinical efficacy of children with pneumonia

    • Objective:To investigate the effects of positive nursing intervention on the clinical efficacy of children with pneumonia. Methods:One hundred and ten children with pneumonia were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(55 cases each group). The observation group and control group were treated with routine nursing intervention and positive nursing intervention, respectively. The lung function index, symptoms disappearing time and quality of life between two groups after nursing intervention were compared. Results:After nursing intervention, the lung function index in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01),the disappearance time of asthma, cough and pulmonary symptoms in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.01),and the live and body scores in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The positive nursing intervention on children with pneumonia can significantly improve their lung function, shorten the symptoms disappearance time and enhance quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
