Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of the hemostasis with predictive perforating vessels during the eschar operation of burn wound of limbs. Methods:Seventy patients with Ⅱ degree and above burn treated with paring scab were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(35 cases/group), the observation group given predictive perforating vessels hemostasis, the control group given conventionalelectric coagulation hemostasis. The 1% overall surface area(TBSA), operative time, blood loss, blood transfusion and graft survival and postoperative complications in two groups were compared. Results:The operative time of 1% TBSA wound in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.01).The amount of blood loss and blood transfusion in observation group were significantly less than those in control group(P<0.01).The graft survival rates in treatment group and control group were 97%, the 2 cases with subcutaneous hematoma in treatment group and 3 cases with subcutaneous hematoma in control group were found, the difference of which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The hemostasis with predictive perforating vessels can effectively shorten the skin grafting time, control intraoperative blood loss and reduce the amount of blood transfusion.
