Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of single nasolabial coronal section and conventional three section combined with special cross section in the screening of cheilopalatoschisis. Methods:Among 2530 foetuses, the nasolabial coronal section in 1000 cases(group A) and conventional three section combined with special cross section in 1530 cases(group B) were detected using ultrasound. The results of whose were compared with neonates. Results:The rates of misdiagnosis and consistent in group A and group B were 40.00% & 60.00%, and 4.76% & 95.24%, respectively.Prenatal sonographic manifestations showed that the incidence of upper lip skin discontinuity was significantly higher than that of the alveolar cleft, palate discontinuity echo and nose collapse(P<0.01).Conclusions:The conventional three section combined with special cross section can accurately diagnose the fetal cheilopalatoschisis.
