Effect analysis of the preventive use of antibiotics in improving type I incision by the modified prescription comment

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of preventive use of antimicrobial agents on improving type Ⅰ incision by modified prescription comment.Methods:The medical records of type Ⅰ incision surgery were randomly selected.The rationality of preventive use of antimicrobial agents was contrastively analyzed by the before and after modified method of prescription comment.Results:Using the modified prescription comment, the utilization rate of the preventive use of antimicrobial agents in type Ⅰ incision decreased from 48.3% to 31.6%(P<0.01), the reasonable use rate of antimicrobial drug increased from 57.5% to 92%(P<0.01), and the reasonable use rate of the preventive use of antibiotics in perioperative type Ⅰ incision increased from 74.5% to 87.3%(P<0.01).Conclusions:The modified prescription comment can significantly decrease the utilization rate and increase the reasonable rate of the preventive use of antimicrobial agents in type Ⅰ incision, which plays the active role in ensuring medication safety and improving the consciousness of use drug.
