Abstract
Objective:To investigate the surgical method and clinical effects of the free dorsal interosseous artery perforator flap on repairing the middle and small area skin defect of hand. Methods:The free dorsal interosseous artery perforator flap was obstained, the area of which was 2.0 cm×3.6 cm to 4.0 cm×8.0 cm.The microvascular anastomosis was implemented by end-to-end or end-to-side,the donor position was directly sutured. Results:All 19 flaps survived. The patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months. The texture of flap and hand function were good, only the linear scar was found in donor position. Conclusions:The dorsal interosseous artery perforator flap has stably anatomical structure, fine texture and suitable thickness, which is suitable for the repair of the middle and small area skin defect of hand.
