The diagnostic value of multi-phase scan in clear cell renal cancer and its CT staging

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of the three phases spiral CT scan manifestation and its value in CT staging in clear cell renal carcinoma.Methods:The images of three phases CT scan in 14 patients with clear cell renal carcinoma confirmed by surgery pathology were analyzed.Results:CT scan mixed density in 12 cases and isodensity in 2 cases were found.The improved peak of enhanced scan in 2 cases and 14 cases were 80 to 94 and more than 105 Hu,respectively.Early intensive degree of corticomedullary was significantly higher than that in renal parenchyma(P<0.01).Compared with the pathological staging,the accuracy of CT staging was high.Conclusions:Three phases spiral CT scan can clearly diagnose the clear cell renal carcinoma,which has certain guiding significance in formulating the preoperative scheme.
