Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of systematic nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and life quality of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group (44 cases in each group). The patients in the control group received routine nursing only, while the observation group received systematic nursing intervention including psychological nursing, dietary guidance, medication guide and exercise guidance in addition to the routine nursing. The mental state, treatment compliance, glycosylated hemoglobin, urinary albumin creatinine ratio, blood pressure and life quality were compared between the two groups. Results:The score of mental state of the observation group was distinctly lower than that of the control group(P <0.01);the score of treatment compliance of the observation group was remarkably higher than that of the control group(P <0.01);the glycosylated hemoglobin, the urinary albumin creatinine ratio and the blood pressure of the of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.01);the dimension score of life quality was evidently higher than that of the control group(P <0.01).Conclusions:The systematic nursing intervention may effectively improve the mental status, treatment effect and life quality of patients with diabetic nephropathy.
