Analysis of the influencing factors of nerve injury after intraspinal anesthesia of puerpera

    • Objective: To analyze the related factors of nerve injury after intraspinal anesthesia of puerpera. Methods: Three hundred and fifty puerperas treated with lower uterus cesarean section under intraspinal anesthesia were divided into the nerve injury group(40 cases) and non-nerve injury group(310 cases). The body weight, age, gestational age, preoperative comorbidities, different sense during anesthesia and edema during late pregnancy between groups were analyzed. Results: The differences of the age, height, body mass and gestational age between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The foreign body sensation rate in nerve injury group during anesthesia(80.0%) was significantly higher than that in non-nerve injury group(2.2%)(P<0.01).The rate of pregnancy edeman in nerve injury group(65.0%) was significantly higher than that in non-nerve injury group(6.5%)(P<0.01).Conclusions: The skilled and specification operation in intraspinal anesthesia can reduce the occurrence of postoperative nerve injury, foreign body sensation and maternal pregnancy edema.
