Reform and exploration of the training mode of applied type of mental medicine specialty

Objective: To explore the application of medical professionalism training mode reform effects.Methods: By demonstrating formed in accordance with the medical education reform and development direction and the social demand for talents of medical professionalism training mode,training mode reform of the class of 2014 112 students and culture after the implementation of the reform mode of graduates of 2015 113 students as the research object,of its graduate theoretical examination and skills examination data analysis.Results: Medical professionalism cultivation mode after the implementation of the students graduated from the theory test scores,graduation skills assessment scores and total score were higher than those of the students prior to the implementation of the model,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: Application of medical professionalism training mode and conforms to the trend of the reform of medical education,promote the learning of students' theoretical knowledge and clinical skills training,promote the spirit of medical students' comprehensive quality raise.
