    The influencing factor analysis of stress urinary incontinence in 912 postpartum women in Fuyang

    • Objective: To investigate the incidence of the stress urinary incontinence(SUI) in postpartum women from Fuyang,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods: A total of 912 postpartum women for 6 to 8 weeks from the First People's Hospital of Fuyang were selected.The incidence of SUI in postpartum women were investigated,and the influence factors on SUI were analyzed.Results: The incidence of postpartum SUI was 39.5%,the morbidity of SUI increased with the increasing of the age of postpartum women(P<0.01),The large BMI in pregnant woman with 20 weeks of gestation could easy lead to the SUI(P<0.05).The morbidity of SUI in cesarean section puerpera was significantly lower than that in vaginal delivery and forceps delivery puerperas(P<0.01).Multivariate analysis showed that the elderly age was the risk factor of SUI,and compared with the vaginal delivery and forceps delivery,the cesarean section can reduce the risks of SUI(P<0.01).Conclusions: Age and delivery mode can affect the occurrence of SUI in postpartum women.
