Effect of the vascular intervention in the treatment of intractable hemorrhage in 30 cases of obstetrics and gynecology

    • Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of the vascular intervention in the treatment of intractable hemorrhage in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: Thirty intractable hemorrhage patients treated with vascular intervention and 30 intractable hemorrhage patients treated with traditional surgical method were divided into the observation group and control group. The curative effects between two groups were compared. Results: The preoperative preparation time, operation duration and peroperative bleeding in observation group were significantly less than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions: The treatment of intractable hemorrhage in obstetrics and gynecology with vascular intervention is less operation time an quick hemostasis, which is worthy of application in clinic.
