Abstract
Objective: To further improve the clinical effects of patients with breast cancer, and compare and analyze the value and side reaction of Kang'ai injection based on conventional chemotherapy. Methods: One hundred and six patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and control group according to the randomized double-blind controlled principle(53 cases each group). All patients were treated with the routine CTF scheme(cyclophosphamide, pirarubicin and fluorouracil)chemotherapy, the observation group were additionally treated with Kang'ai injection. The total effective rate and incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups were compared. Results: The difference of the total effective rate of treatment between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse reactiyon in observation group significantly decreased, the difference of which was statistically significant(P<0.05-P<0.01).Conclusions: The treatment of the postoperative patients with breast cancer with Kang'ai injection based on the CTF chemotherapy can significantly reduce the adverse reaction and pain, which is worth of recommendation.
