The curative effect of compound Xuanju capsule combined with tadalafil in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction

Objective: To investigate the curative effects of compound Xuanju capsule combined with tadalafil in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction(DMED).Methods: Ejghty patients with DMED were divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group and control group were treated with compound Xuanju capsule combined with tadalafil and single tadalafil,respectively.The patients were reexamined after 4 weeks of treatment.Results: The curative effects in treatment group were better than that in control group(P<0.05).The increasing degree of IIEF-5 score of the patients with moderate ED in treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),while the differences of IIEF-5 score of the patients with mild and severe ED in two groups after treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions: The treatment of DMED with compound Xuanju capsule combined with tadalafil has good effects and less adverse reaction.
