Yindan Xinnaotong combined with aspirin on the influence of neural function and hemorheology in patients with stroke

    • Objective: To observe and analyze effect of Yindan Xinnaotong combined with aspirin on the hemorheology indexes in stroke patients. Methods: Eighty stroke patients were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=40) and the control group(n=40).The patients of the observation group were given Yindan Xinnaotong combined with aspirin, the patients of the control group were given conventional therapy.NIHSS score,MRS score,Barthel index and the related parameters of hemorheology were observed and compared before and after treatment in both groups, the clinical total effective rate of two groups of patients were compared. Results: Observation group of patients in the treatment of effective was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),after treatment, the observation group of patients of NIHSS score and MRS score was significantly lower than control group(P<0.01),Barthel index was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),the observation group of patients:the hemorheology indexes of red blood cells deposited, blood sedimentation, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood sedimentation equation K value, whole blood reduction viscosity, fibrinogen were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Conclusions: Yindan Xinnaotong combined with aspirin can significantly improve neural function and all the indexes of hemorheology in patients with stroke, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
