Clinical observation of the dental implantation using water sac stamping technique in maxillary sinus floor lifting in the repair of single-tooth loss in 36 cases

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of the dental implantation using water sac stamping technique in maxillary sinus floor lifting in the repair of single-tooth loss.Methods: Thirty-six teeth were implanted in 36 patients with single-tooth loss complicated with 3.0 to 7.0 mm of height of alveolar crest in edentulous area using the flapless dental implantation combined with water sac stamping technique.All patients were regularly followed up after the surgery.The stability of the implant and condition of peri-implant tissues were observed.Results: During the 1-year period of following up,all implants were stable,no inflammation of the sinus were found.The soft tissue around the implants were healthy,the combination of dental implant and bone is good,and the height of maxillary sinus lifting bone is stabile.Conclusions: The short-term clinical effects of the dental implantation using water sac stamping technique in maxillary sinus floor lifting is ideal.
