Effect of the non-drug intervention on the quality of life and blood pressure control in community hypertension patients

    • Objective: To investigate the effects of non-drug intervention on the quality of life and blood pressure control in community hypertension patients. Methods: One hundred and sixty patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(80 cases each group). The control group and observation group were intervened with drug and drug combined with non-drug,respectively.Results: After drug intervention, the difference of the clinical nursing satisfaction between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the difference of the incidence of heart failure between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure in two groups after intervention was better than that before intervention, and the blood pressure in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions: Compared with the community hypertension patients intervened with single drug, the drug intervention combined with non-drug intervention can improve the quality of life and control blood pressure of patients, which is worthy of use in clinic.
