The clinical application of seal colonic lavage in one-stage resection and anastomosis for left semicolonic carcinoma complicated with acute intestinal obstruction

Objective: To explore the clinical application of seal colonic lavage in one-stage resection and anastomosis for left semicolonic carcinoma complicated with acute intestinal obstruction.Methods: Sixty-three patients with left semicolonic carcinoma complicated with acute intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into the control group(31 cases) and observation group(32 cases),and treated with one-stage resection and anastomosis.The obstruction in control group and observation group were removed with conventional method and seal colonic lavage,respectively.The clinical effect,complication and serum inflammatory indictor between two groups were compared.Results: The clinical total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the difference of the incidence rate of the complication between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences of the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α between two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions: The seal colonic lavage in one-stage resection and anastomosis for left semicolonic carcinoma complicated with acute intestinal obstruction can completely clear the pathogen and contaminant in enteric cavity,which is benefit to control the postoperative infection and improve the recovery of patients.
