Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of continuous care intervention based on Omaha system on the quality of life of patients with permanent bladder fistula.Methods: Sixty-eight patients with permanent bladder fistula were chosen.The nursing problem was assessed according to Omaha system,and the intervention measures were formulated.The invention effects were analyzed.Results: The nursing problems of patients in the first stage mainly included pain(91.2%),urinary function(100.0%),sleep(88.2%) and mental health(70.6%).The nursing problems of patients in the second stage mainly included skin(69.1%),urinary function(100.0%),infection(76.5%),substance abuse(82.4%) and interpersonal relationship(97.1%).The nursing problems of patients about cognition,behavior and condition were significantly improved after the targeted nursing invention(P<0.01).Conclusions: The continuous care intervention based on Omaha System can effectively improve the nursing effect and quality of life of patients with permanent bladder fistula.
