Investigation and analysis of the postoperative psychological status in patients with femoral condyle fracture

Objective: To investigate the postoperative psychological status of patients with femoral condyle fracture,and propose the corresponding nursing intervention measures.Methods: Fifty-six patients with femoral condyle fractures were investigated by SCL-90.The postoperative psychological status and influence factors of patients were analyzed,and the corresponding nursing intervention measure was proposed.Results: The negatively psychological emotion in patients with femoral condyle fractures were obviously found.The total score of SCL-90 in patients was(1.57±0.43),which was higher than that in normal people(1.44±0.43)(P<0.05).The gender,age,marital status and AO type were the main influencing factors of postoperative psychological status of patients with femoral condyle fracture(P<0.05).Conclusions: Patients with femoral condyle fracture has commonly negative psychology.The medical institution should formulate the nursing intervention measure according to the individual difference to improve the psychological status and enhance the quality of life of patients.
