    Application value comparison of casual blood pressure and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in the diagnosis of pregnancy-induced hypertension disease

    • Objective: To explore the application value of casual blood pressure and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in the diagnosis of pregnancy-induced hypertension disease.Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension were divided into the primipara group(90 cases) and multipara group(30 cases).The casual blood pressure and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in two groups were implemented,and the results of which were analyzed.Results: The difference of diastolic blood pressure(DBP) between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The DBP of the casual blood pressure and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure in primipara group were higher than those in multipara group(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The diagnosis rate of pregnancy-induced hypertension disease of casual blood pressure(100.0%) was significantly higher than that of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure(25.0%)(P<0.01).The detection rate of pregnancy-induced hypertension disease of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure in primipara group(12.22%) was significantly lower than that in multipara group(63.33%)(P<0.01).Conclusions: Compared with the casual blood pressure,the 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring can continuously record the change of 24h blood pressure,which is convenient,can really reflect the blood pressure levels of the whole day,and has some advantages in the diagnosis and screening of pregnancy-induced hypertension disease.
