Application of 64-slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction technique in the nasal dorsum narrow osteotomy

    • Objective: To explore the application value of 64-slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction technique in the nasal dorsum narrow osteotomy. Methods: Twenty nasolacrimal duct injury patients and 20 non-nasolacrimal duct injury treated with the nasal dorsum narrow osteotomy were divided into the observation group and control group. The nasolacrimal duct length, nasolacrimal duct wall thickness, nose angle, projection angle between nasolacrimal tube axial and sagittal section, angle between nasal length axis and horizontal plane and angle between nasolacrimal tube axial and coronal plane in two groups were detected using the 64-slice spiral CT 3D the 64-slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction, and analyzed. Results: The detection of 64-slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction showed that nasolacrimal duct length, nasolacrimal duct wall thickness, nose angle, projection angle between nasolacrimal tube axial and sagittal section, angle between nasal length axis and horizontal plane and angle between nasolacrimal tube axial and coronal plane in observation group were(11.58±11.58) mm,(1.25±0.36) mm,(128.51±5.65)°,(8.63±0.38)°,(73.81±3.26)° and(12.25±0.69)°,respectively,which was significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions: The preoperative measurement of nasolacrimal duct with 64-slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction technique can accurately guide the nasal dorsum osteotomy, which has important clinical significance.
