Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlations of psychological contract with job satisfaction and turnover intention in junior nurses,and propose the targeted management scheme to psychological contract.Methods:A total of 362 junior nurses were investigated using questionnaire.Results:The level of turnover intention was medium,and the levels of perception of organizational responsibility and job satisfaction were low in junior nurses.The organization specification responsibility and scheduling satisfaction for turnover intention had the most significant predictive power.Conclusions:The hospital manager should focus on solving the shortcoming of organizational responsibility,escpecially for the unsatisfactory project of work in junior nurse,to reduce the turnover rate and meet the individual need of junior nurse.
