Investigation of the nine parameters of TORCH in early pregnant women in Huainan

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the TORCH infection condition in early pregnant women in Huainan.Methods:The nine parameters of TORCH in 273 early pregnant women were detected using chemiluminescence(CLIA).Results:The positive rates of HSV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ IgG and TOX IgM were the highest in the nine parameters of TORCH in the early pregnancy women.There were no significant difference in the positive rates of TORCH-IgM in different ages pregnant women,and during 2014 to March 2016(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the positive rates of TORCH-IgM in different seasons(P<0.05),the positive rates of TORCH-IgM in Winter(12.50%) and Spring(14.08%) were the highest,and the positive rate of TORCH-IgM in Summer was the lowest(1.79%).Conclusions:TORCH-infection in pregnant women in Huainan can be found,which has the seasonal characteristics.It is necessary to monitor and prevent the congenital TORCH infection in Winter and Spring.
