    Application of the group cooperation combined with bedside teaching mode in the practice teaching of medical nursing

    • Objective:To evaluate the application effects of the group cooperation combined with bedside teaching mode in the practice teaching of medical nursing.Methods:One hundred and eighteen nursing students in Grade 2011 from the third teaching class and sixth teaching class were in Bengbu Medical Gollege divided into the control group(58 students) and observation group(60 students),respectively.The control group were taught with traditional practice teaching method,and the observation group were taught with the group cooperation combined with bedside teaching.The scores of teaching exam results,questionnaire survey and critical thinking between two groups were compared.Results:The exam score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The acceptance of the group cooperation combined with bedside teaching mode in observation group was 93%.Among 7 characteristics,the differences of the open-mindedness,analysis capability and self-confidence between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Conclusions:The group cooperation combined with bedside teaching mode can effectively improve the teaching effects and critical thinking ability of students.
