Effect of the holistic nursing of responsibility group in operation room on the nursing effect,and prognosis of patients

Objective:To explore the effects of the holistic nursing of responsibility group in operation room on the nursing effect,satisfaction and prognosis of patients.Methods:The clinical data of 110 patients treated with operation were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the control group(49 cases) and observation group(61 cases) according to the nursing plan.The control group were nursed with routine means,and the observation group were nursed with holistic nursing means guided by responsibility group.The nursing effect between two groups were compared.Results:The scores of nursing quality indicators in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01),and the difference of the incidence rate of common complications between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree and prognosis excellent rate in control group(69.39% and 67.35%) were lower than those in observation group(96.72% and 91.80%),respectively(P<0.01 and P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the scores of psychological status and life quality in two groups were significantly improved after nursing,but the improvement degree of which in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The holistic nursing of responsibility group in operation room has positive effect on the nursing effect,satisfaction degree and prognosis,which can relieve the negative mood and improve the life quality of patients.
