Effect of the traditional Chinese medicine psychological nursing on improving the psychological state in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective:To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine psychological nursing on improving the psychological state in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:Sixty-four patients with CHD were randomly divided into the control group and observation group(32 cases each group).The control group and observation group were nursed with routine method and traditional Chinese medicine psychological nursing based on the routine method,respectively.The anxiety and depression status,and quality of life between two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine psychological nursing,the scores of the anxiety and depression in observation group decreased compared with the control group(P<0.01),and the scores of physiology,psychology,social relationship and environment of the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale in observation group significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine psychological nursing can effectively improve the psychological state and life quality of patients with CHD.
