Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) combined with natriuretic peptide in the treatment of refractory heart failure. Methods: Ninety-two patients with refractory heart failure were divided into the observation group(48 cases) and control group(44 cases) according to the use of CRRT.The control group and observation group were treated with conventional method combined with natriuretic peptide, and conventional method combined with natriuretic peptide and CRRT.The curative effects in two groups were observed after 7 days of treatment, and the changes of cardiac function and inflammatory factor in two groups between before and after treatment were compared. Results: The total effective rate in observation group(87.50%) was higher than that in control group(54.55%)(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment, the levels of LEVF and amino-terminal B type brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP) in two groups increased, and decreased after treatment,respectively(P<0.05 to P<0.01),and the degrees of the LEVF increasing and NT-proBNP decreasing in observation group were more obvious(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment, the levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α in two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05 to P<0.01),and the decreasing degree of those in observation group was more obvious(P<0.01).Two cases with hypotension in control group and 3 cases with hypotension in observation group were found. Conclusions: The effect of CRRT combined with natriuretic peptide in the treatment of refractory heart failure is good, which can obviously improve cardiac function, and reduce inflammation reactions of patients.
