The risk factors analysis of the multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma

    • Objective: To investigate the risk factors of the multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) in patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma for providing a reference in clinical treatment. Methods: Eighty-eight patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma were divided into group A(48 cases with MODS) and group B(40 cases without MODS).The levels of interleukin(IL) -1 and IL-10 in two groups were detected. The scores of the Glasgow Coma Scale, acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHE-Ⅱ) in two groups were measured, and the risk factors of MODS were analyzed. Results: The levels of IL-1 and IL-10,APACHE-Ⅱ score, cerebral hemorrhage amount, blood glucose level and other indicators in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05 to P<0.01),and the score of Glasgow Coma Scale in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.01).The APACHE-Ⅱ score,IL-10,blood glucose levels, and cerebral hemorrhage amount were the main risk factors of MODS(P<0.05 to P<0.01). Conclusions: The cerebral hemorrhage amount,IL-10 level,APACHE-Ⅱ score, and high blood glucose are the main risk factors of MODS in cerebral hemorrhage patients.
