Methods: The clinical data of 160 infertility patients with EMT diagnosed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were followed up for 1 year, and divided into the pregnancy group and non-pregnancy group. The influencing factors of pregnancy were analyzed using single factor analysis and multivariable logistic regression analysis. Results: After 1 year of following up,84 cases with pregnancy were found, and the pregnancy rate of which was 52.5%.Single factor analysis showed that age, pathological type,r-AFS stage, uterine adenomyosis, oviduct obstruction, postoperative drug use and assisted reproduction of patients were the influencing factors of pregnancy(P<0.05).Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that age, drug use,r-AFS stage, oviduct obstruction and assisted reproduction were the independent risk factors of pregnancy in infertility patients with EMT after laparoscopy(P<0.05). Conclusions: Taking the comprehensive evaluation of patients and implementing the corresponding measures according to the related factors can improve the successful rate of pregnancy of patients.
