    • Objective: To analyze the nursing characteristics of 48 patients with cervical spine fracture-dislocation complicated with spinal cord injury, and provide the treatment measures in clinical complications and dysneuria. Methods: Forty-eight patients with cervical spine fracture-dislocation complicated with spinal cord injury were divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table method(24 cases each group). The observation group and control group were nursed with comprehensive nursing mode and conventional nursing mode, respectively. The incidence of adverse reactions and SCL-90 score between two groups were compared.
