    The clinical observation of parecoxib sodium in the prevention of hyperalgesia induced by remifentanyl anesthesia after operation

    • Objective:To observe the clinical effects of parecoxib sodium in the prevention of hyperalgesia induced by remifentanyl anesthesia after operation.Methods:One hundred and six patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into the control group and observation group according to the draw method(53 cases each group).The control group and observation group were treated with routine anesthesia and parecoxib sodium based on the control group,respectively.The heart rate(HR) of different time points,mean arterial pressure(MAP),score of visual analogue scale(VAS),consciousness recovery time,extubation time and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Results:The HR and MAP of observation group at T1,T2 and T3 were lower than those of control group(P<0.05 to P<0.01) The VAS scores in two groups at T1,T2 and T3 increased(P<0.01),and the increasing degree of which in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.01),and the differences of the recovery time,extubation time and incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The clinical effect of parecoxib sodium in the prevention of hyperalgesia induced by remifentanyl anesthesia after operation is good,which is worthy of promotion.
