Clinical observation of the joint cavity ozone injection combined with rehabilitation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of joint cavity ozone injection combined with rehabilitation therapy on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Eighty knee osteoarthritis patients were divided into the observation group and control group according to random number table method(40 cases each group).The control group was treated with rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group were additionally treated with ozone injection based on the control group.The VAS pain scores,Lequesne index and therapeutic effects between two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS score and Lequesne score in two groups increased,the increasing degree of which in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The effective rate in observation group(90.0%) was higher than that in control group(65.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusions:The joint cavity ozone injection combined with rehabilitation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is good effect,which can relieve the pain of patients,and improve the knee function of patients to a certain degree.
