Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of myocardial enzyme combined with high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in early hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods:Forty-two children with early hand-foot-mouth disease and 40 healthy children were divided into the observation group and control group, respectively. The levels of myocardial enzymes and hs-CRP in two groups were detected. Results:The levels of creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) and hs-CRP in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The levels of CK-MB and hs-CRP in high risk children in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.01 and P<0.05).The serum levels of CK and CK-MB in children with hand-foot-mouth disease were positively correlated with the level of hs-CRP(P<0.05).Conclusions:The diagnostic value of myocardial enzyme combined with hs-CRP in early hand-foot-mouth disease is high, which can be used in evaluating the disease diagnosis, and is worthy of promotion in clinic.
