Clinical effect comparision of continuous pumping ebrantil with nitroprusside in the treatment of hypertension complicated with acute left heart failure

    • Objective:To compare the clinical effects of continuous pumping ebrantil with nitroprusside in the treatment of hypertension complicated with acute left heart failure. Methods:One hundred and twelve patients with acute left heart failure complicated with hypertension were divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number method(56 cases each group). The observation group and control group were treated with ebrantil and nitroprusside by continuous intravenous pumping based on comprehensive treatment, respectively. The clinical effects and adverse reactions in two groups were observed. Results:After 24 h of treatment, the total effective rate in observation group(92.9%) was significantly higher than that in control group(71.4%)(P<0.05).After 1 h of treatment, the heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),the difference of systolic blood pressure in observation group was significantly improved compared with control group(P<0.05),and the differences of changes of the heart rate and diastolic blood pressure between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference of the level of NT-proBNP between two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of NT-proBNP in two groups after treatment decreased compared with before treatment, but the decreasing degree of which was more obvious in observation group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with nitroprusside, the treatment of hypertension complicated with acute left heart failure with ebrantil has lower adverse reactions and good effects, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
