    Curative effect and safety of azithromycin combined with budesonide suspension liquid and salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

    • Objective:To explore the curative effects and safety of azithromycin combined with budesonide suspension liquid and salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods:Sixty-five children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were randomly divided into the control group and observation group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the observation group treated with azithromycin combined with budesonide suspension liquid and salbutamol atomization inhalation.The lung function before and after treatment,clinical effect after 1 course of treatment and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Results:Compared with before treatment,the maximal expiratory flow(MEF) 25 to 75,MEF25 and MEF50 in observation group significantly increased after treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate in observation group(96.97%) was higher than that in control group(81.25%)(P<0.05).The incidence rates of erythra,gastrointestinal tract reaction,alanine transaminase elevation and local pain reaction in observation group during treatment were lower than those in control group(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Conclusions:Azithromycin combined with budesonide suspension liquid and salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can significantly improve the airway function and clinical effects,and reduce adverse reactions.
