Effect of the family responsibility interactive nursing mode on the function recovery of multiple fractures of metatarsal

Objective:To explore the effects of the family responsibility interactive nursing mode on the function recovery of multiple fractures of metatarsal,and nursing satisfaction degree.Methods:Sixty patients with multiple fractures of metatarsal in 2015(30 cases) and 2014(30 cases) were divided into the control group and observation group,respectively.The control group and observation group were nursed with the routine nursing mode and family responsibility interactive nursing mode,respectively.The foot function recovery,hospitalization time,health knowledge and incidence of complications between two groups were compared.All patients were followed up.Results:No complication in two groups was found.The hospitalization time in observation group was less than that in control group(P < 0.01),the excellent and good rate of foot function recovery in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.01),and the mastering healthy knowledge in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The application of the family responsibility interactive nursing mode in the multiple fractures of metatarsal can promote the wound healing,and quickly recover the foot function.This nursing mode has higher satisfaction in patients,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
