The application value of the stage debugging of anesthesia nurses in labor analgesia

Objective:To investigate the application value of the stage debugging of anesthesia nurses in labor analgesia.Methods:One hundred puerperas with painless childbirth were randomly divided into the control group and support group according to the labor analgesia.The control group and support group were treated with routine nursing care and perinatal stage debugging of anesthesia nurses in labor analgesia,respectively.The degree of pain(at full dilatation of portio),average total amount of drugs by intravenous analgesia,press time and duration of labor in two groups were recorded and compared.Results:The degree of pain,average total amount of drugs by intravenous analgesia and press time in support group were significantly less than those in control group(P<0.01).The duration of the first and second stage of labor in support group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.01 and P<0.05),but the duration of the third stage of labor did not shorten in support group.Conclusions:The stage debugging of anesthesia nurses in labor analgesia can improve the childbirth analgesia effect,reduce the dose of intravenous analgesia drug and shorten labor time,which can be widely used in clinic.
