    Effect of the fracture treatment and sport rehabilitation integration mode on motor function recovery in patients with intertrochanteric fracture

    • Objective: To investigate the effects of the fracture treatment and sport rehabilitation integration mode on motor function recovery in patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods: Eighty patients with intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into the control group and observation group(40 cases each group).The control group and observation group were treated with internal fixation of fracture combined with traditional rehabilitation integration mode and fracture treatment combined with sport rehabilitation integration mode,respectively.The motor function recovery and excellent rate between two groups were compared.Results: The recovery degree of flexion and extension range of hip joint in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the fracture healing and treatment excellent rates in observation group(95.0% and 90.0%) were higher than those in control group(90.0% and 60.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusions: The fracture treatment and sport rehabilitation integration mode can effectively restore the motor function of patients with intertrochanteric fractures,and improve the treatment excellent rate,which is worthy of promotion.
