Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of fibrinolytic enzyme on inflammatory factors in non-surgical patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods:Eighty patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and normal physical examinees were divided into the treatment group and control group, respectively. The serum levels of high-sensitivity c-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin 6(IL-6) in two groups were observed.Eighty patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction were randomly subdivided into the routine treatment group and fibrinolytic enzyme treatment group, and the effects of fibrinolytic enzyme on the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 were observed. Results:Compared with the control group, the serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in observation group at admission significantly increased(P<0.01).After treatment, the serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in fibrinolytic enzyme treatment group significantly decreased compared with the routine treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction involves the immune inflammatory injury, and fibrinolytic enzyme can inhibit the expression of immune inflammatory factors.
