Effect of staging psychological nursing on the negative emotion and quality of life of postoperative patients treated with cardiothoracic surgery

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of staging psychological nursing on the negative emotion and quality of life of postoperative patients treated with cardiothoracic surgery.Methods:One hundred and twenty-eight patients treated with cardiothoracic surgery were divided into the observation group(65 cases) and control group(63 cases) using random number table.The control group and observation group were nursed with routine care and staging psychological nursing based on routine care,respectively.The social function,sleep quality,anxiety and depression in two groups between before and after intervention were compared,and the nursing satisfaction degree between two groups was compared.Results:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of social function,anxiety and depression between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the improvement of the social function,anxiety and depression in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.01).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,hypnotic drug and daytime dysfunction between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the improvement of each dimension in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The application of staging psychological nursing in patients treated with cardiothoracic surgery can effectively alleviate the negative emotion and quality of life in postoperative patients,which has certain clinical reference values.
