Influence of family combined nursing in optimizing the quality of life in patients with myocardial infarction after discharge

    • Objective:To explore the feasibility of family combined nursing in optimizing the quality of life in patients with myocardial infarction after discharge. Methods:A total of 68 patients with acute myocardial infarction after discharge were randomly divided into the control group and observation group(34 cases each group). The control group were nursed with routine care, and the observation group were nursed with family combined nursing after discharge. The life quality, disease condition, levels of depression and anxiety in two groups were evaluated using the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36),settle angina questionnair,self-rating depression scale(SDS) and Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),respectively. Results:The scores of physical function, role limitation caused by physical function, overall health assessment, vitality, role limitation caused by emotion and mental health in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01),and the differences of the scores of pain and social function between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of physical activities, treatment satisfaction and disease cognition in observation group were significantly than higher those in control group(P<0.01),and the differences of the scores of angina pectoris and stability between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of SDS and SAS in observation group were significantly than lower those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The family combined nursing can not reduce the recurrence of angina pectoris in patients with myocardial infarction, but which can effectively improve the quality of life, and relieve anxiety and depression of patients after discharge.
