Application value of knowledge-society-psychology model in the rehabilitation of mental and physical disorders in patients with stroke

    • Objective:To explore the application effects of knowledge-society-psychology model in the rehabilitation of mental and physical disorders in patients with stroke.Methods:Ninety-six stroke patients were divided into the observation group(n=48) and control group(n=48) according to the random number table. The control group and observation group were nursed with routine model and knowledge-society-psychology model, respectively. The psychological status in two groups were evaluated using the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) before and after the intervention. The physical condition and quality of life in two groups were evaluated using Fugl-Meyer and stroke impact scale(SIS).Results:The scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after intervention(P<0.01).The motor function scores of the upper and lower limbs in observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those than in control group(P<0.01).The SIS score in observation group after intervention significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The knowledge-society-psychology model can improve the psychological status, motor function and quality of life of patients with stroke.
