The application value of knowledge-attitude-belief training mode in the training of junior nurses in pediatrics

Objective:To explore the application value of knowledge-attitude-belief training mode in the training of junior nurses in pediatrics.Methods:One hundred and twenty-two junior nurses were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The observation group and control group were trained using knowledge-attitude-belief training mode and traditional core system training mode for 1 month,respectively.All nurses were followed up for 6 months,and the skill between two groups before and after training was compared.Results:After training,the scores of the professional sentiment,cognitive skill,interpersonal relationship,self-management,organization management,software skill,theoretical knowledge,operational skill and comprehensive quality in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).There was no statistical significance in the self-satisfaction rate of nurses and satisfaction rate of family members between two groups before and after nurses training(P>0.05).Conclusions:The application of knowledge-attitude-belief training mode in the training of junior nurses in pediatrics can improve the comprehensive quality of nurses,better adapt to the high risk and workload of pediatrics,and improve the nursing quality.
