Application effect of Surgisis in the deep tissue defect repair after horseshoe anal fistula

Objective: To explore the application effects of Surgisis in the deep tissue defect repair after horseshoe anal fistula.Methods: Sixty patients with horseshoe anal fistula were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(30 cases each group).The control group was treated with routine wound dressing.The observation group was treated with routine wound dressing at first,and then the Surgisis stent of skin island patch was implanted after wound granulation fresh.The cure rate,wound healing time,postoperative complications,VAS score and scare area between two groups were compared.The number of granulation tissue and VEGF expression after treatment were detected using HE staining and IHC.Results: Compared with the control group,the cure rate significantly decreased(P<0.01),the healing time significantly shortened,and the number of granulation tissue and VEGF expression after treatment significantly increased in observation group(P<0.01).The anal damage rate and VAS score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01),and scare area in observation group was significantly less than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions: The application of Surgisis stent in postoperative deep tissue defect repair of horseshoe anal fistula can promote the wound capillary generation,improve the wound microcirculation and speed up the wound healing,which is worthy of clinical use.
