The application of MRI fresh blood imaging technique in the lower extremity venous imaging

Objective: To evaluate the application value of MRI fresh blood imaging(FBI) in lower extremity venous imaging.Methods: Forty patients with lower extremity venous lesion were examined using MRI FBI and lower vein angiography.The quality of imaging,anatomical display,arterial pollution in all cases between two methods were compared.Results: The diagnosis result coincidence rate of FBI quality of lower extremity venous was 92.50%,and the consistency of which was good(Kappa value=0.699).The diagnosis result coincidence rate of organize fake film score was 82.50%,and the consistency of which was good(Kappa value=0.632).The difference of the number of venous vessels between two methods was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions: The differences of the quality of imaging,anatomical display and arterial pollution between two methods are not statistically significant,which is worthy of application in the patients with hypersensitivity to diodone and renal insufficiency.
