The application of health education path in the interventional treatment of aortic dissection

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of health education path in the interventional treatment of aortic dissection.Methods: The aortic dissection patients treated with intervention method from October 2011 to May 2013(20 cases) and from June 2013 to December 2014(20 cases) were divided into the control group and observation group,respectively.The control group was nursed with the routine method,and the observation group was nursed with health education path combined with routine method.The anxiety in two groups between before and after nursing was compared,and the knowledge of the disease and nursing quality evaluation between two groups were compared.Results: The difference of the Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) score before operation between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the SAS score in observation group after operation was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The knowledge of the disease in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.01).The score of nursing quality evaluation in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions: The health education path in the interventional treatment of aortic dissection can effectively improve the psychological status and knowledge of the disease of patients,enhance the quality of clinical care,and deepen the connotation of high quality care,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
