The clinical efficacy and safety of piperazine ferulate combined with pancreatic kininogenase in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of piperazine ferulate combined with pancreatic kininogenase in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:One hundred and eighty diabetic nephropathy patients were divided into the observation group and control group according to the random envelope method(90 cases each group).The control group and observation group were treated with piperazine ferulate,and piperazine ferulate combined with pancreatic kininogenase for 4 weeks,respectively.Results:The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of UAER and Scr in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and which in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the serum levels of CysC and β₂MG in observation group(1.11±0.42) mg/L &(2.82±0.24) mg/L) were significantly lower those in control group(2.12±0.64) mg/L &(3.56±0.38) mg/L(P<0.01),respectively(P<0.01),and the serum levels of CysC and β₂MG in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).There were no obvious adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusions:Piperazine ferulate combined with pancreatic kininogenase in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is safe,which can improve the curative effect,and promote the urinary protein excretion and renal function stabilization.
